2 (15 oz. ) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sugar
6 T. self-rising flour
6 T. reserved pineapple juice
1/2 c. butter
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with sugar, flour, and juice. Stir in cheese and pineapple. Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
