2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T. margarine, melted
3 (5 oz.) cans white chicken, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, 2 T. margarine, chicken, salt, and pepper. Divide rolls into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Divide meat mixture evenly between rectangle bread dough. Pull 4 corners to top center, twist slightly and seal edges. Brush tops with 2 T. melted margarine, then dip into seasoned bread crumbs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Every wheat harvest, I wrap these individually in foil and take to the field for the men. It's one of their favorite harvest meals!
