2 lb ground beef 2 c. finely rolled cracker crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 c. catsup 2 T. grated onion 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 2 T. butter
Mix ground beef with cracker crumbs and eggs. Add catsup. Add onion, pepper, and salt. Mix and make into 10 patties. Place in greased 15"X10" pan. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk. Pour over patties. Dot with butter. Bake at 325º for 40-50 minutes or until done and brown.
