3-8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 c sugar 3 eggs 3/4 tsp vanilla
Beat cream cheese and add sugar a little at a time. Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla and beat well. Pour into 2 prepared graham cracker crusts. Bake 300º for 60 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Top with favorite fruit. Lowfat: Use lowfat cream cheese and reduced fat graham cracker crusts.
