1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 pkg. stir fry mixed vegetables 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Cook frozen vegetables until tender. Drain off water. Mix with rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Topping: mix 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, and 1 c. of shredded cheese. Spread over vegetables. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350º.
