1 tbsp yeast (1 pkg)
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 3/4 cup flour

Mix and dissolve yeast, warm water and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix together with fork and then use hands to knead and shape. Cover and let rise at least 15 minutes. Then roll or push into desired pan. Top with sauce, and toppings. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 large or 2 small pizza crusts.
Hawaiian...ham & pineapple
BBQ chicken....use BBQ sauce for sauce, and BBQ chicken with caramelized onions.
Alfredo chicken.....use alfredo sauce..
Pepperoni..... a classic!
