1 box Orzo pasta (cook as directed) 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes (In oil, chopped) 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped) 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped spinach Crumbled feta cheese (if you like) Balsamic vinaigrett (Litehouse is good) ***Opt. You can add cooked chicken if you want
Cook pasta, drain and rinse. Add ingredients. Pour desired amount of dressing...I use about 1/2 of the bottle. Chill.
