1 1/4 cups Crisco
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
1 teaspoon soda
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups grated pears (drained)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & Crisco, put eggs in one at a time, add vanilla, sift dry ingredients. Mix nuts with 1/3 cup flour, then add to mixture. Add pears. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or longer. (use bundt pan)
