4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can green chilies (4 oz.)
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, chilies, cumin, salt, and pepper in butter. In 9 x 13 greased baking dish, combine chicken mixture, sour cream, salsa, and rice. Top with shredded cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This recipe freezes well.
