1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 pkg. DRY Lipton© chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 cup UNCOOKED rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat together and drain grease. Saute veggies in butter until tender. Put together in greased casserole dish with 1 pkg. dry soup mix, 1/2 cup UNCOOKED rice and 2 1/2 cups water. Mix all together and bake for 1 hour at 350º, stirring occasionally.
