Brownies:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c butter melted
1 1/4 c flour
2/3 c cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cookie dough layer:
1/2 c butter softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
1 c choc chips

Directions:

Brownies:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend in butter. Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to to other ingredients until well blended. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
When brownies are completely cool. ( Helps to refrigerate them) Combine the butter and sugars in a mixing bowl for the cookie dough layer. Beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownies. Spread on like frosting. Store in fridge.
