1st layer: 1/2 c pecans, 1/2 c melted butter, 1 c flour

2nd layer: 8 oz cream cheese softened, 1 c powdered sugar 1 c cool whip,

3rd layer: 3 c milk 1 large box or 2 small boxes instant pudding any flavor.

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: mix and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 13-15 minutes or until light brown at 375.

2nd layer: Mix well and spread carefully over crust.

3rd layer: Mix together and pour over 2nd layer. Chill well. Cover with cool whip.
