"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup green chili salsa
1/2 cup lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup white corn syrup
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. finely grated lime peel

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade: Put the chicken breasts between pieces of wax paper, and pound flat to 1/2 inch. Poke chicken pieces w/ fork until you get bored so marinade can get into the meat. Mix green chili salsa, lime juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce for marinade in a glass cooking pan. Rub chicken into the marinade and let sit at least over night in fridge. If making large quantities back off on the lime juice as it will get a bit overpowering. Mix corn syrup, lime juice, Tabasco sauce, lime peel in a sauce pan for glaze and heat through. Get the grill good and hot. Stir the glaze. Take chicken out of the marinade and pat dry w/ a paper towel so the glaze will stick. Apply glaze to one side and put on hot grill. Cook 2-3 min. Glaze and flip; cook about 2 min. Be careful not to over cook the chicken, it makes it tough. The most important thing is to sprinkle lime juice over the cooked chicken so that it carries the fresh taste of lime. We shredded it and made soft tacos, but it would be great by itself.
