1 lb. beef stew meat or ground beef (or turkey)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can mushrooms (8 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley


Directions:

Break meat into small chunks and brown in skillet. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Simmer in skillet for about 10 minutes. Add sour cream and stir until warmed through. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
