Ingredients:  
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups peeled potatoes
2 cups half & half
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups shredded cheese
3 cups chicken broth
cubed cooked chicken 2-3 breasts
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube & cook chicken. Bring chicken broth to a boil, add veggies. Reduce heat & simmer for 30 minutes. In another pot melt butter, add flour. Mix well. Slowly add half & half, cheese & chicken. Mix all ingredients.
