1/4 cup butter
3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings


Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potato slices and onion rings in a greased cookie sheet. Melt butter; drizzle over potatoes and onions. Combine all other ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes and onions. Bake in a 450 oven about 30 minutes or until browned, carefully turning potatoes once.
