1 head lettuce torn into pieces
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Directions:
Directions:
Put lettuce in large bowl or container with lid. Layer onions, celery, chestnuts and peas. Put mayonnaise on top, spreading to the edge evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle all dry ingredients on top. Do not toss! Cover and chill 24 hours. Just before serving, add: 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 1/2 crisp bacon, crumbled.
