1 small onion chopped 2 cups sliced mushroms 1/4 C flour 4 cups chicken broth 1C tinned pumpkin 1 Cup milk 1 Tb honey
saute onion & mushrooms in a small amount of oil/butter - add in the flour and let cook 1 minute before adding the 4 cups of broth (2 tins plus 2 of water) - then add the pumpkin and spice with a shake of nutmeg, salt and pepper
