1 angel food cake
3 quarts of sherbert, any flavor, slightly softened

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a large loaf pan with pieces of diced angel food cake. Smooth sherbert in a layer on top of the angel food cake pieces. Alternate cake and sherbert until the pan is full.
Freeze for 24 hours.
To remove the cake, run hot water on the bottom of the pan.
