1 box of manicotti
2 c. Italian mix cheese
1- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1- 16 0z jar of your choice Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pasta in boiling water, boil for about 8-10 minutes. Remove pasta from heat. Mix Ricotta cheese in with Italian cheese. Preheat oven to 375. Stuff manicotti with cheese and place in 3 quart oblong dish. Once finished with stuffing, smother spaghetti sauce over manicotti and add cheese if desired. Place in oven for about 30 min, remove and let cool for 5 min
