1/2 lb orzo - 8 oz.
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1 cup feta cheese crumbled
1 cup sliced kalamata olives
1 small red onion chopped
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley chopped
8 banana peppers chopped
1/2 english cucumber diced;
2 small tomatoes diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo and drain. Stir in parsley, onion, feta and pine nuts to hot pasta. Stir in all remaining ingredients before serving.
