1 cup chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. mayo
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup chopped ham
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp. mustard (I use honey mustard)
1 pkg. jumbo biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except rolls in a bowl and set aside. Heat oven to 350. On wax paper roll biscuits until they are flat. Scoop a good amount of mixture into each biscuit and seal at the top. With a basting brush spread melted butter over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. In the last 5 or 10 minutes sprinkle cheese on top of each biscuit.
