"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 beef or pork hot dogs
1 tbsp olive oil
4 10-12 inch flour tortillas
1/2 c mild chunky salsa
8 squirts of ketchup (about 1/4 c)
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut hot dogs in half lengthwise, then into 1/2 inch pieces. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and then the hot dogs. Cook until browned about 2-4 minutes. Take out hot dogs and add more olive oil. Add 1 tortilla to pan and cook for 1 minutes. Flip over and turn heat to low. Place a big spoonful of salsa on half of the tortilla, spread it around, add 2 squirts of ketchup and mix into the salsa. This is your pizza sauce. Top sauce with some cheese and hot dog pieces. Fold over tortilla to form a half-moon shape. Press down with a spatula to fatten the pizza-dilla and make it stick together. Cook the pizza-dills, flipping it carefully once more for 1 minute per side. Put on plate let cool 2 minutes, then cut into 4 wedges, like a pizza and serve. Eat plain or top with more salsa or what ever you like on hotdogs.
