1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3/4 c. halved or quartered green grapes
1/2 c. chopped roasted cashews
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 pita breads
leaf lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl blend the mayonnaise, sour cream lemon juice, curry powder, and mustard and then set aside. Next, combine the chicken, grapes, and cashews in a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper the chicken salad to taste. To assemble the sandwiches, halve the pita breads and place a couple of lettuce leaves inside each half. Spoon in the chicken salad and serve.
