1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 3 bananas, mashed 2 cups self-rising flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mashed bananas. Mix well. Sift flour and soda together and add to mixture. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into greased loaf or tube pan and bake in preheated 350º oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
