northern fillets

egg mixed with small amount of water

equal amounts of corn flakes and flour

melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Dip northern fillets into egg mixture. Coat egg dipped fillets with corn flake flour mixture. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake until lightly golden and fillets are done.
