4 T sugar
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp accent
1 C salad oil
8 T rice wine vinegar

2 small pkgs slivered or sliced almonds
8 T sesame seeds

1 small head of shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
8 -12 small green onions, chopped
2 pkgs Ramen noodles, crushed

Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 300
Toast almonds and sesame seeds until lightly golden, about 8 - 10 minutes.
mix all ingredients together and serve.
