1 lb salmon, pick and cleaned
1/2 C buttered bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sage, dried
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion
1 T parsley
1 T butter

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
