4 chicken breasts
2 cups buttermilk, divided
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in salt water for half a day. Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Roll chicken in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in 1 cup buttermilk, and roll in flour again. Place chicken in pan. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes more. Turn chicken again and pour mixture of remaining 1 cup buttermilk and mushroom soup over chicken, baking 15 minutes more.
