2 c roasted and mashed sweet potatoes
4 T butter, room temp
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 T Black Velvet Whiskey
(may add1T more if desired)
1/2 C milk
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 unbaked deep pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400
Beat first 7 ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Place into oven and decrease oven temp to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes or until center of pie is set and knife comes out clean.
