1 lb Velveeta Cheese 1 lb Butter 4 lbs Confectioners Sugar 1 lb Pecans 1 cup Cocoa 2 T Vanilla
1.Heat and melt butter & velveeta cheese. 2.Mix in the cocoa and add vanilla. 3.Remove from heat and slowly stir in the sugar and then add pecans. 4.Pour in a well greased casserole dish and let stand until firm.
