1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 cup celery, sliced
2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon or 1 beef cube
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Brown ground beef with onion and celery. Drain. Reserve 1/2 cup of the creamed corn. Stir remaining corn, salt and pepper and bouillon into the meat mixture. Heat until it boils. Pour the meat mixture into an ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Stir baking mix and reserved creamed corn with a fork to make a soft dough. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the meat mixture. Mix the melted butter with garlic salt. Drizzle half of the butter mixture on the biscuit dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and brush remaining butter mixture over the biscuits.
