2/3 cup All Natural Raw Cashews 2 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup yeast flakes 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 4 oz pimentos 5 tbsp arrowroot powder 1/2 tsp coriander 2 tsp salt
Blend cashews with 1 cup water until smooth. Add pimento and remaining water while blending. Add all other ingredients and blend for one minute. Cook on low in saucepan until thick. Cool. Makes approximately 4 cups.
