1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chablis
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup pecans (chips)
6 boneless chicken breast cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except stuffing mix. Pour over chicken in a pyrex casserole dish. Top with stuffing mix (forms a nice crust) Bake 1/2 hour on 350 degrees uncovered. * can use pecan chips over top the chicken and crust. Can put chicken over rice.
