1 stick margarine
2 onions chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
1 bunch green onions, chopped (save for garnish)
2 bay leaves
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups Uncle Ben's converted rice
1 can french onion soup
1 can beef broth
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 8 oz. can rotel tomatoes
2 lbs. chopped chicken, and or sliced sausage, and or crawfish

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large oven dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minures (stir every 45 minutes). Top with fresh chopped green onions.
