Ingredients:  
2 lbs tofu, sliced and frozen overnight
breading meal (yellow cornmeal)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1/2" slices of tofu. After freezing, remove from freezer and allow to thaw. (Freezing gives a chewy texture) Dip each slice in soy sauce and water, mixed together, then into breading. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes on each side. Serve as they are, in stir-fry or in sandwiches.
