2 lbs frozen tofu
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
2 medium onions
1/3 cup oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup honey
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Spike (type of Season All)
3/4 tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 lbs frozen tofu, thaw and press out water. Cut into 1" x 3" strips or slices. Mix together peanut butter,1/3 oil, paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp salt. Whip until smooth. Pour over tofu and squeeze in as evenly as possible. Marinate 30 minutes. While marinating, prepare barbecue sauce: saute onions and garlic in 1/3 cup oil. Add to onions the tomato sauce, honey, molasses, 1 1/2 tsp salt, Spike and 3/4 tsp cayenne and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Lay tofu out on oiled cookie sheet.. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over and bake 20 minutes more. Pour barbecue sauce over all pieces and bake 15 minutes more.
