Large Pork tenderloin
2 T. Montreal steak seasoning
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup honey
l 1/2 T. grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
handful spring onions
cornstarch
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Press 3 cloves garlic and rub on pork. Cover with Montreal steak seasoning and set aside. Dice rest of garlic and simmer with olive oil. Add honey, soy sauce, and ginger and continue to simmer very low. Grill pork. When done cut in 1" diagonals. Add a little cornstarch to sauce to thicken. Then add pork and simmer for about 5 minutes. When ready to serve top with spring onions.
