4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 large bunch of fresh broccoli or 3 pkgs of frozen
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp each lemon juice and curry powder.
1 c of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. 1 cube of butter. 1 pkg of pepperidge farm corn bread stuffing.

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish, layer chicken, then cheese. Make a sauce out of the soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over all. Melt butter and mix with corn bread stuffing, and put on the top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
