1 cup white rice
2 cup water
2 tbsp real butter
1 - 2 cans of crushed pineapple (depending on how much you like pineapple) drained
juice of 1 lime
1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice and water in medium saucepan and cover. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. When done, remove from heat, but leave the lid on and let it stand for another 5 minutes. When rice is done, place butter in the bottom of a serving bowl. Transfer cooked rice to the serving bowl, add in crushed pineapple, lime juice and cilantro. Stir to combine and salt to taste.
