1/2 c. heavy cream
3 oz. blue cheese
1 T. butter
parsley
2 steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream on med. high heat. Add cheese & butter as it nears boiling - keep stirring. Cook about 5 min until reduced. Add chopped parsley for color. Serve over steaks.
