2 quarts strawberries
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 c. plus 2 T. sugar
1 pint whipping cream
family size Sara Lee pound cake

Directions:
Directions:
Cap, wash, and slice strawberries. Add sugar to taste (about 2 T.). Blend cream cheese and 1c. sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, beat together whipping cream and 1/2c. sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold together cream mixture and whipping cream. Slice pound cake into even thin slices. In a serving bowl, layer cake on bottom, add a layer of strawberries, then a layer of cream mixture. Keep layering until bowl is full.
