1 whole chicken (or 3-4 boneless chicken breasts)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Boil chicken until cooked thorough. Mix 1/2 c. chicken broth with butter (while still hot); set aside. After chicken has cooled, cut into pieces. Combine chicken, soups, and 1-1/2 c. broth. Put mixture in baking dish and completely cover with stuffing. Pour butter and broth mixture over the stuffing. Bake for about 30 minutes.
