2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 to 2 tbsp chili powder
2 to 3 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
4 flour tortillas
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook the beef and onion until brown; drain. Add beans, chili powder, cumin and salt.
Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 in baking dish. Arrange tortillas over the top. Combine soup and tomatoes; pour over the tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
