3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c. carrots (shredded)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Frosting:
1 stick oleo
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1. lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Beat eggs and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients in order given and beat thoroughly. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
Frosting: Beat oleo and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread over cooled cake.
