3 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 oz oil
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup potato water, slightly warmed

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast sugar, potato, water and salt in a covered bowl for 8 mins. When the yeast is foamy, add flour and knead until smooth. Add extra flour as you kneed. Let rise for 1 hour before baking. Bake at 425 until browned - approximately 20 mins.
