6-8 potatoes (thinly sliced) 1 large slice of smoked ham (cubed) 8 oz. grated white sharp cheddar 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 1/2 cup cream 1 l/2 cup whole milk 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 stick butter
Heat butter, cream, milk, liquid smoke and onion. Grease bottom of baking dish, Layer potatoes, ham, cheese. Sprinkle with a little flour. Layer twice. Pour sauce on top, cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours 350º.
