1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz) pkg instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/8 c. water
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. maraschino cherries, minced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
green food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing with a spoon. Mix together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste. Grease 2 loaf pans, 2.5" x4.5" x 8 ". Sprinkle part of the cinnamon sugar in the pans. Put dough in pans and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool and wrap in foil. Store in the refrigerator a few days before serving.
