4 slices bacon, chopped (or ham/turkey)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
4 c. assorted vegetables (broccoli, pepper strips, carrot slices, mushroom slices, peas, zucchini, etc.)
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
milk, if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; set aside. Add onion to skillet drippings; cook and stir until tender. Add 1 c. water, chicken broth, and macaroni to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add vegetables and cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently. Add milk for desired consistency. Sprinkle with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
