1 cup green and red peppers
1 small jar jalepenos
1 small jar pimentos
1 cup green onion
1 cup celery
(chop the above ingredients)

1 can Shoepeg corn
1 can Black eyed peas
1 can Pinto beans
(drain the above ingredients)

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cidar vinegar
salt and pepper
(Mix the above in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, and let cool)

Pour the cooled liquid over the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Drain liquid before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or
Fritos Scoops.
